En route to the second hand booksellers... bouquinistes... at Notre-Dame, Eva gets held up by a demonstration of teachers... instituteurs. And a sinister man with a black hat is following her. To get Eva out of the crowd and away from the man, the player buys a remote control and Edmond the taxi driver, who will always be at Eva's service, appears.
